What is being migrated?
- Payroll data
- Employee details
- Leave details (if applicable)
- Employee accounts (if applicable)
How does migration affect your company?
For employers
- Login details: Once your account has been migrated, you will be required to reset your password to log in for the first time to the new version.
- e-Leave management: If you have been using our leave management feature in the old version, your company’s leave details will be migrated automatically to Jibble.
- Old version account data: During and after migration, you will still be able to access your old account to view the data but you will no longer be able to make any changes.
For employees
- Employee accounts: The new version is integrated with Jibble for leave and attendance. Your employees will also be able to download their payslips via the Jibble app.
- Payslips: Previous months’ payslips will not be automatically migrated to Jibble, but you will be able to sync them with Jibble once you have access to your new account.
- Old account data: Your employees will still have view-only access to their old PayrollPanda accounts to access their previous payslips.
Billing and subscription
- Your subscription for the new version will remain the same for your old account.
- Unlike the old version, invoices in the new version are not linked to a particular payroll. You will be invoiced on your billing date (either monthly or annually) based on the number of active employees in your account.
- You can run any available payrolls while your subscription is active. If you need to add more employees, you are billed for the additional seats either for the current month (monthly subscription) or for the number of months remaining in your yearly cycle (annual subscription).
