Yes, you can reopen your payroll by changing the status from Approved to Draft. Before you reopen your payroll, we recommend you save the Payroll Upload Template for the payroll you are reopening as shown in the screenshot below.
That way you can reupload your payroll data to your payroll if required in case any data changes when you reopen your payroll.
Please note that any salary changes made to the payroll table will remain as they were before you approved the payroll. However if you made changes to any employee’s profile, those changes will affect your reopened payroll.
Another way to reopen your payroll is to click on Reopen payroll.
Make sure you approve your payroll again before running any subsequent payroll as any open payroll payslip data will not be taken into account in the subsequent payroll’s PCB calculations.
